IICA and WNS Global Services launch YBRANT programme on CSR, ESG & Sustainability

1. IICA and WNS Global Services launched the YBRANT programme on CSR, ESG & Sustainability on November 11, 2025.
2. The YBRANT program aims to prepare students for leadership roles aligning business performance with positive social impact.
3. India’s CSR expenditure has grown from ₹10,065.93 crores in FY 2014–15 to ₹34,908.75 crores in FY 2023–24.
4. Over ₹2.2 lakh crores have been spent on CSR in the last 10 years by companies in India.
5. The YBRANT program is a six-month blended learning model integrating academic rigour with industry insights.
6. The program includes 22.5 hours of academic sessions and 18 hours of fieldwork, comprising 15 modules.
7. More than 250 student participants from five premier academic institutions attended the launch event.
