Overview
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released the operational guidelines of the Anemia Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan on 29 June 2026 during the 16th Central Council of Health and Family Welfare (CCHFW). The new guidelines replace the earlier 6X6X6 model with a comprehensive 7X7X7 framework. A key innovation is the shift from the T3 model (Test, Treat, Talk) to a T4 approach, supported by a robust digital tracking system.

Important Facts
The 7X7X7 framework targets the following seven beneficiary groups: children 6‑59 months, children 5‑9 years, adolescents 10‑19 years, pregnant women, lactating mothers, women of reproductive age (20‑49 years) and low‑birt
