During 2025, the Department of Food and Public Distribution (DFPD) spearheaded the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign, conducting door‑to‑door awareness drives, distributing hygiene kits, walkathons and plogging activities across Delhi, and mobilising PSUs such as CWC, IGMRI and FCI. While the events showcase inter‑agency cooperation for cleanliness, the limited policy analysis renders the content of peripheral relevance for UPSC preparation.
