  1. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) aims to implement the Samriddh Gram Phygital Services Pilot Project.

  3. Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCoE) has signed agreements with implementation partners for the pilot project in three villages.
  4. The pilot project will be implemented in Ari & Umri (Madhya Pradesh), Chaurawala (Uttar Pradesh), and Narakoduru (Andhra Pradesh).
  5. Samriddhi Kendras will be established in each village to deliver education, healthcare, agriculture, and e-governance services.
  6. The agreements were signed by Sh. Rajesh Sharma, Director & CEO, TCoE India, and the Implementation Partners on October 29, 2025.
