Implementation of New Criminal Laws (BNS, BNSS, BSA) Across India – Training, Tech & Federal Roles

Implementation of New Criminal Laws – Overview The Ministry of Home Affairs announced that the three new statutes – Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam – came into force nationwide on 1 July 2024 . All States and Union Territories (UTs) have issued notifications, framed rules and begun digital roll‑outs to operationalise the laws.
