Review and Monitoring
The progress of the campaign was reviewed by Shri. V. Srinivas, Secretary DARPG, in the 8th Meeting of Nodal Officers on 24th October, 2025. The meeting was attended by over 200 senior officers from 84 Ministries/Departments.

- 17.48 lakh physical files were reviewed.
- 9.17 lakh files were identified for weeding.
- 7.25 lakh files were weeded out.
- 12.99 lakh e-Files were reviewed.
