- Minimum five years of full‑time teaching experience at UG/PG level.
- Age not above 55 years on the last date of nomination.
- Regular faculty members only – Vice‑Chancellors, Directors and Principals are ineligible, unless they have previously held such posts and are now active faculty below 55.
Modes of nomination (online, on a Jan‑Bhagidari basis):
- Self‑Nomination
- Institutional Nomination – by Heads (Director/Principal/VC) of the respective HEI or Polytechnic.
- Peer Nomination – by colleagues from the same institution.
