Special Campaigns for Claims and Objections in Telangana
The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll is underway in Telangana. To facilitate public participation, the state election machinery has scheduled two special, two‑day campaigns where voters can file claims or objections.

How the Process Works
Citizens who wish to register as a new voter, shift their vote to another booth, or request deletion from the roll must visit their local polling station. There they can verify the draft roll and submit their applications using Form 6, Form 7 and Form 8. The designated officials on site are:
- Booth Level Officer (BLO)
- Booth Level Agent (BLA)
These officers will cross‑check the draft roll with the voter, note any corrections, and process the forms as per Election Commission of India guidelines.
