The Ministry of Education has opened online registration for Yuva Sangam Phase VII. The scheme runs from 4 August 2026 to 18 August 2026. It targets Indian youth aged 18‑30, including students of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), NSS/NYKS volunteers and young professionals.

- 20 HEIs (IITs, IIMs, Central Universities, NITs) selected as nodal institutions to host exchange tours.
- Participants will undertake 5‑7 day educational and cultural tours (travel days excluded) to a paired State/UT.
