  • Gram Panchayats acting as the primary administrative unit for coordinating the ground-level survey.
  • State Revenue Departments and Land Records Departments responsible for formalizing property titles.

▶Application Process

  • The State Government issues a public notification and uses Drone technology for digital mapping of village property boundaries.
  • Property owners identify and confirm their land boundaries during the field survey in the presence of revenue officials and the Gram Sabha.
  • A draft 'Property Card' or 'Svamitva Card' is prepared and displayed publicly to invite objections or claims from the community.
  • Final property cards are distributed to the legal owners after a designated grievance redressal period, following legal validation.
