DPIIT signs MoU with Primus Partners Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen the startup ecosystem
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has partnered with Primus Partners Pvt Ltd to strengthen India's startup ecosystem through capacity building, mentorship, and market access initiatives. Overview On October 23, 2025 , the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) , under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry , signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Primus Partners Pvt Ltd . This partnership is aimed at enhancing collaboration to strengthen India’s startup and innovation ecosystem. Key Developments Objectives of the MoU The primary objective is to enhance support for early-stage and growth-stage product startups. This support will be provided through structured capacity-building interventions. Expert mentorship programs will be established. Market access initiatives will be facilitated.
