Hon’ble Controller General of Communication Accounts Smt. Vandana Gupta inaugurates Delhi circle Pension Campaign, emphasizes 100% Digital Life Certificate submission to enhance pensioner services

1. Smt. Vandana Gupta, Controller General of Communication Accounts (CGCA), inaugurated the Delhi circle Pension Campaign on November 3, 2025.
2. The CGCA emphasized 100% Digital Life Certificate (DLC) submission to enhance pensioner services.
3. The O/o CGCA has digitized pension disbursement for approximately 3.9 lakh pensioners through the SAMPANN portal.
4. The SAMPANN portal has achieved annual savings of over ₹40 crore.
5. The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) is launching the 4th National Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign from November 1-30, 2025.
6. O/o CGCA will organize 320 dedicated camps nationwide to achieve 100% Digital Life Certificate submission.
7. Approximately 22,300 pensioners' certificates are due to expire in November 2025.
8. 3,28,678 pensioners have been successfully migrated to the SAMPANN system.
