Key achievements include: 100% accomplishment of targets for disposal of PMO references , Inter-Ministerial Cabinet references , State Government References , Public Grievances , Cleanliness Campaign Sites , and review of e-files . Over 95% achievement for Public Grievances Appeals and review/disposal of redundant items. Review of 23,162 physical files , resulting in weeding out of 4,280 files . Review of 953 e-office files , with 623 e-files closed. Swachhta Pledge The Swachhta Pledge was administered by the Union Minister of MSME, Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi , on October 8th, 2025 . This pledge was taken by employees of the Ministry, its organizations, and field formations. More than 7,500 Swachhata pledges were taken by Entrepreneurs, Officers/Staff members, and Organizations. Nationwide Cleanliness Drive Extensive cleanliness drives were conducted across the country to promote hygiene and sanitation. 1,045 cleanliness campaigns were conducted. A total area of 21,046 sq. ft was cleaned. Revenue of Rs 22.89 lakh was generated through the disposal of obsolete items. E-Waste Management Special emphasis was placed on the safe and scientific disposal of electronic waste, adhering to the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 . E-waste was disposed of through authorized recyclers. Women's Health and Hygiene The Ministry promoted women's health by installing sanitary pad vending machines at office premises. Environmental Initiatives and Plantation Drives ni-msme, Hyderabad : Plantation drive with participation from Bihar Government officers. Central Institute of Coir Technology, Bengaluru : Banned plastic carry bags and introduced eco-friendly alternatives. Beautification of office premises at Kartavya Bhawan-3, New Delhi with potted plants. Waste to Wealth Initiatives Compost pits were created using fallen leaves and coir pith at campus sites.
