• This is your first refund request for a Vaidra subscription
• Your account is in good standing (not suspended for violations)

After the 7-day period, refunds are not available as the digital content has been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us: Send an email to Loading... with subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include details: Your registered email address, subscription plan, and reason for refund
3. Wait for confirmation: We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

3. Refund Processing

• Review time: 2-3 business days
• Refund method: Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• Credit time: 5-10 business days after approval (depends on your bank)

4. Subscription-Specific Terms

Monthly Subscription (Achiever - ₹399/month)

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
• No partial refunds after 7 days
• Cancel anytime to prevent future charges

Yearly Subscription (₹2,999/year)

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
• No partial refunds after 7 days
• Best value - save over 35% compared to monthly

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. When you cancel:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• You can resubscribe anytime

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions after the 7-day money-back period
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Second or subsequent refund requests

7. Legal Compliance

This refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India. For any disputes, the jurisdiction shall be courts of India.
