Andhra Pradesh leads country with highest number of industrial parks, says Union Minister

2. Andhra Pradesh has the highest number of industrial parks with 638.
3. Maharashtra has 527 industrial parks, ranking second.
4. Rajasthan has 460 industrial parks, ranking third.
5. Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel Parks are under development in seven States.
6. One Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel Park is being developed in Warangal, Telangana.
7. The central government supports industrial growth through the Department for Promotion of Industries and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
