Way Forward To translate the survey’s insights into policy, the following steps are recommended: Integrate the bird‑atlas database with the State Biodiversity Board for systematic habitat protection. Expand citizen‑science initiatives to neighboring districts, creating a regional network for real‑time monitoring. Use the presence of indicator species such as the Shaheen Falcon to prioritize conservation of cliff and forest corridors. Encourage policy‑makers to allocate funds for continuous training of volunteers and for maintaining observation infrastructure.
