The mission focuses on building human resources, research infrastructure and international partnerships in quantum technologies. Key Developments Four T‑Hubs have been set up, each allocating scientific and technical manpower as per approved project needs. A total of 86 institutions across the country have been identified for research, technology development and human‑resource training under NQM. The HRD component supports JRFs , SRFs and post‑doctoral fellowships. The Quantum Computing T‑Hub launched the QC‑Bridge Post‑Doctoral Fellowship . The Quantum Sensing and Metrology T‑Hub introduced the PARIMANA Fellowship Programme . The Department of Science & Technology signed a LoI with Japan for joint work in quantum technologies.
