  4. Qatar Airways was the connecting airline that stopped Ms. Adhikari from boarding her flight to Germany.
  5. The reason for disallowing Ms. Adhikari's travel was related to her visa validity, according to the airline.
  6. Indian immigration authorities had no role in preventing Ms. Adhikari's onward travel.
  7. International transit passengers are not required to approach Indian Immigration in India.
